Refunds & Cancellations


Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Once the item is received at our warehouse, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense.

If your item is damaged through transit, please send an email to [email protected] with the order number in the subject line and a clear picture with damaged item(s) still in the shipping box. You will receive a response with confirmation within 2 business days. Once approved, we’ll cover the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit.

Cancelling Orders:

BUYMINERS.CA fills most orders within 1-2 business days, therefore we urge you to be FAST when cancelling your order. Please include the order number in the subject line.

Payment & Shipping

Methods of Payment:

We accept payments by Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cryptocurrency. We can also send invoices via email on bulk purchases.
Credit Card orders will ONLY be shipped to the billing address, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping and Handling Time:

Orders are processed within 2 business days and shipping time will vary on customer address. Orders within North America will be fulfilled from our Amazon inventory and outside of North America will be shipped directly from our warehouse using Asendia USA.


Address Changes:

We cannot change the address on an order. You must cancel your order.


No Defect Guarantee:

BUYMINERS.CA offers an immediate replacement guarantee on all defective products within 30 days from the date of purchase. This does not cover accidental or intentional damage, water damage, or “acts of God”. BUYMINERS.CA interprets “acts of God” as “An event which is caused solely by the effect of nature or natural causes and without any interference by humans whatsoever“.


All items are covered for 1 year (365 days) from the original date of purchase. Please contact [email protected] with the order number in the subject line for troubleshooting assistance prior to applying for a replacement.

BUYMINERS.CA Warranty Protocol:

Prior to applying for a replacement, please contact support as described above and ensure that your product is truly defective. If support is unable to rectify the problem, proceed below. Send an email to [email protected] with the order number in the subject line and include all of the following in the body of the email:
  • Description of problem
  • Troubleshooting steps taken
  • Complete specifications of your rig, including all components
  • Clear and bright photos of your rig, including multiple angles of connections
You will receive a response with further instructions within 2 business days.
